FaxBeeTM
from DC&R
- Did you ever want a simple way to send a fax from email?
- How about fax from a web server form or deliver e-commerce orders
via fax?
- Let your clients get their email via fax?
- Create automated forms to send information requested by the web via
a fax?
- How about sending mail to a private "fax" mailbox as a BCC to FAX
to anyone anywhere?
- Why not do a "Mail Merge" to fax with custom content on each fax?
FaxBee lets you do all these
things and more. Set up an EIMS or SIMS based mail server
and FaxBee provides the connectivity between your email server and your
Fax Modem via SmithMicro's FaxSTF Pro package. You can also send a Fax
from any CGI or application that lets you generate files -- just place
files in FaxBee's drop folder and they are faxed out!
FaxBee 1.2.1 is now available, and 1.5 with POP3 access is almost ready
New in 1.2.1 is the ability
to forward a notification email and optionally a copy of the message after
the fax has been handed off to FaxSTF.

Want to make your Faxes
go out faster?
Believe it or not, FaxSTF's
fax imaging software runs so well in the background that you may think
it's too slow. In fact, it's actually giving your other applications plenty
of time to use the CPU.
One of our users wrote a set
of scripts to bring the FaxSTF software to the foreground when imaging
a Fax. He reports simple faxes that take 20 minutes to render to take
only 1 minute a good thing when you're in a hurry!
Check out the
scripts created by Christopher
Jett, from Jett Fuel Productions, which use Eric
Grant's Folder Actions Plus. Chris' scripts are freeware and Eric's
Folder Actions Plus is provided for use at your own risk. Disclaimer:
